David and Nadia Sadie, both oenologists, made their first wine together in 2010. Based on the Paardebosch farm in the Swartland region, they make some of the most impressive wines from South-Africa. Their focus is on the region's people, the soils and old vineyards.
David & Nadia wines are all about natural balance, purity and freshness, and according to them, these qualities can only be rightfully expressed when the soil and vineyards are respected. With this philosophy they make the David & Nadia Range and the Single Vineyard Range. The David & Nadia Range includes two whites and two reds. A single variety Chenin Blanc, a single variety Grenache and two blends, the white is called Aristargos and the red is called Elpidios. The Single Vineyard Range includes three vineyards, the Hoë-Steen, the Skaliekop and the Plat´bos. All are pure Chenin Blanc. These three wines are all certified Heritage Vineyards.
